While before the establishment of MAPNA GROUP, all of the country's power plant projects were implemented by foreign companies in turnkey scheme, by the formation and evolution of MAPNA, the company could create a new arena in the country's power industry, passing the following development phases:

1st Phase

§  Out–source of design, engineering and procurement of main power equipment from abroad

§  In- house procurement and manufacture of ancillary equipment of power plants and their construction

2nd Phase

§  In-house design, engineering, construction and manufacture of ancillary equipment and plant construction

§  Procurement of main equipment from abroad

3rd Phase

§  In-house manufacture of main equipment, all design, engineering and implementation in MAPNA GROUP

4th Phase

4.1. In-house design and manufacture of all main power equipments.

4.2. Direct investment for developments and contraction of power plants under BOO and BOT schemes and soliciting foreign investment cooperation.

4.3. General contractor for gas, steam and combined cycle power plants under various contractual frameworks (EP, EPC, etc.)

4.4. General contractor for implementation of utility projects to produce steam and electricity ancillary equipment.

4.5. Rendering "After Sales Services" and "Operation & Maintenance"

5th Phase:

Manufacturing passenger and cargo locomotives and railway industry as a whole Oil, gas and petrochemical industries, especially in process operations
