Construction Phase in MAPNA

 
The construction phase in Mapna's Industrial and power projects is the last phase among the three phases of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction in Turn Key projects and is the one before the last in IPP projects (before Operation phase). Furthermore, in those projects that the customer performs the Engineering and Procurement phases, Mapna would carry out the construction phase as a separate service. The construction phase in Mapna projects is organized in such a way that besides the mobilization of the site workshop, a coordinator team of experienced staff manages all the activities in the company's head office or the client's office (on request), using all the existing information systems and the available communication technologies in order to coordinate and manage its three
 sub-phases (civil works, erection and pre-commissioning, and commissioning).

Although the construction phase in Mapna covers a low percentage of the project's total contractual price, it includes a wide range of physical work and affects the progress status of other activities, and thus is of special importance and complexity and thus the results of the previous two phases (Engineering and Procurement) are directly reflected in this phase.
