Management Policy



Mapna Company's Policy

Mapna has been active as an economic enterprise relying on its essential slogan (Mapna, The Symbol of Self-Belief) for creation of industrial capacities in infrastructure industries in order to generate energy and produce rail transportation vehicles, taking the advantage of trained and experienced human resources, aimed at raising the social life and welfare level, considering technical, quality and economical principles. Mapna has established the outlines of its policy on the following axes in order to be converted to a reputable world wide complex and the first rank one in the Middle East and West Asia in Power Generation, Rail Transportation and Oil and Gas industries in accordance with Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation based on ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 standards:


1. Development of organizational. managerial and executive capabilities in execution of projects in Power, Oil and Gas and Rail Transportation sections

2. Increasing the competitiveness in Power industry through decrease of finished cost and improvement of productivity and quality, as well as creation of appropriate capabilities and potentialities in Oil and Gas and Rail Transportation sections

3. Development of design and engineering knowledge and the technology of main equipment manufacturing and construction in Power, Oil and Gas and Rail Transportation sections, and state-of-the-art knowledge transfer.

4. Increasing the rate of in house manufacturing for Power Plant, Oil and Gas and Rail based equipment

5. Cooperation in capitals absorption and financing for projects in Power, Oil and Gas and Rail Transportation sections

6. Development of After Sales and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services in relevant sections

7. Projects Management and Execution for power industry in national and international level, and for Oil and Gas and Rail Transportation sections in national level corresponding to global standards; and increasing the market share in each section

8. Development of in-house contractors' capabilities for projects execution in Power, Oil and Gas and Rail Transportation sections and usage of country's potentialities for dehiscence of contractors and upgrading their technology of construction 

9. Improvement of human resources' processes based on competency in accordance with organization's mission, vision and objectives realization; and causing the convergence of  organization's and personnel's goals strategically

10. Education of human resources through equipping managers and other employees with required competencies, creation of equal opportunities for learning and development of the personnel and providing proper bases for their partnership and relations with all interested parties

11. Increasing the customers' satisfaction, quality promotion and continual improvement of IMS (Integrated Management System) through identification, implementation and control of processes and determination of appropriate organizational objectives

12. Deployment of quality culture, and promoting interested parties' awareness of requirements, standards and regulations related to organization's operations     via training, consultation and justification meetings continually

13. Efficient and effective usage of resources like material, fuel, energy and water; and avoiding inappropriate usage or waste of the mentioned resources

14. Preventing from environment pollution through identification, monitoring and objective setting for environmental aspects according to related organizations' requirements and regulations

15. Maintaining the employee's body and spiritual health through identification, evaluation, monitoring and objective setting for occupational hazards focused at risk minimization according to related organizations' rules and regulations

All employees are obliged to understand and execute this policy and implement the Integrated Management System. Also, the management representative is responsible for its monitoring and reporting. In this regard, efficiency and effectiveness of the Integrated policy and Management System is monitored and assured in specified intervals by me through management review system relying on the following essential dominant ethics over the company's relations:
